Crucial Conversations & Conflict Resolution

Managing effective teams inevitably means dealing with conflict and preparing to have important, and sometimes difficult, conversations. This workshop will give participants skills to handle and resolve conflict, and have crucial conversations with direct reports, peers, and leaders.

Join Tameka Gaines Holly, Founder and CEO of T.G. Holly, LLC, who will lead this interactive workshop!

About Tameka:
Tameka Gaines Holly has many years of experience, education, and expertise in organizational management and development, training and evaluation, strategic planning and grant writing. She has served in many leadership capacities throughout her career and has helped grow organizations, financially, operationally, and programmatically. Before starting T.G. Holly, Ms. Holly worked with many nonprofit, for profit, and governmental organizations where she was responsible for the acquisition, management, and evaluation of over $10 million of public and private funds.
